Resetting Your Macrobond Account Password

Most users of the Macrobond Desktop or Amplify Web applications can reset their passwords using our self-service web form.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to password.macrobond.com
  2. Enter the e-mail address associated with your Macrobond account.
  3. Check your inbox for an e-mail containing a confirmation link and click it.
  4. Follow the link to open the password reset page and generate a new password.

After completing the process, you will receive a second e-mail with a link to your newly generated password.
⚠️ Important: This link can be opened only once - please make sure to store your new password securely.

Accounts Using Single Sign-On (SSO)

Password reset is not available for accounts that use Single Sign-On (SSO), such as Microsoft Entra ID.
