Most users of the Macrobond desktop application or Amplify web application can reset the password for their Macrobond accounts using a web-based self-service form.

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

  • Visit password.macrobond.com and enter your e-mail address associated with your Macrobond account
  • An e-mail will be sent to you that contains a confirmation link that you click on
  • You will then proceed in the web browser to initialize the generation of a new password

After completing the process, you will receive a second e-mail containing a link to your newly generated password. That link can only be viewed once; make sure to store your new password in a safe and secure manner.

Note: Password reset is not available for accounts that use Single Sign-On (SSO) such as Microsoft Entra ID.
