Most users of the Macrobond desktop application or Amplify web app can reset their password using a web-based self-service form.
To reset your password, please follow these steps:
- Visit password.macrobond.com and enter your e-mail address associated with Macrobond account,
- Click the confirmation link that you receive via e-mail,
- Proceed in a web browser with generation of a new password.
After completing the process, you will receive a second e-mail containing a link to your newly generated password.
Note: Password reset is not available for accounts that use Single Sign-On (SSO).
