How can I install Macrobond Amplify?
MB Amplify is available in your browser and doesn’t need any installation. We recommend using Microsoft Edge, or Google Chrome for the best experience but other browsers are supported.

Do I need a separate license for Macrobond Amplify?
For publishing, yes – please contact your account administrator or Macrobond to learn more.
For viewing, no. Regarding viewing assets, see the Viewing Assets page.
Can I see Amplify charts if I do not have Macrobond Analysis (desktop app)?
Yes, you can use Macrobond Amplify via your browser.
Can I see charts in Amplify if I do not have any Macrobond license?
If this is your first time accessing Amplify and you are not an existing Macrobond customer, we will generate a password via the ‘new to Macrobond?’ link on the log in screen for you to use. Enter your work email address and new password, ensure you complete the Captcha, and then press ‘submit’.
If you are accessing Amplify because someone has sent you the link to view an Asset (a set of charts), your email address will already be on a distribution list. If you need to set up a password, we will generate you one as above. This will then mean that you will be able to access the Asset after filling in a few questions to help us customize your experience and service with Macrobond.

How to log into Macrobond Amplify?
Go to https://app.macrobond.com/amplify and use your usual Macrobond username and password.
What login should I use when I have SSO (single sign-on)?
You should be logged in automatically.
I’m new to Macrobond
If you have been given a link to a Macrobond Amplify asset, you can request a password to create your account. To maintain security of the producer’s research, we will check if you have permission to view that asset before delivering a password.
I forgot my password
You can easily reset your password anytime on our self-service portal.

Which browser do you recommend?
We recommend any Chromium based browsers like Edge, Chrome, and Opera that are still supported by the vendor (the support cycles of those are around 4 months).
Does Macrobond Amplify use external AI?
Yes, there are AI based features within Macrobond Amplify that use an external AI model. You will be able to generate chart descriptions and tags with AI. This will only happen when you request it by pressing the ‘suggest’ buttons.
If you are an account administrator, you can opt out of the AI features.
